This dynamic design by Mike Guilfoyle featured a rugby player, ball tucked under arm, in full flight. The design also incorporated the islands of New Zealand and was completed with the crest of the British & Irish Lions. All of this was encompassed within the shape of a rugby ball.

This superb proof quality coin issued in .925 sterling silver was presented in an elegant red case and was accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity attesting to the coin’s strict issue limit of 5,000. As a finishing touch, the British & Irish Lions logo was embossed on the inner lid of the presentation case.
